Charlotte Milroy, nee Packman, 81 of Schaumburg, IL and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, beloved wife of the late John Milroy; loving mother of Gwendy (Dean) Campbell, Jordan (Theresa) Snyder, Lynne Snyder (Aaron Zaber) and step-mother of Brian Milroy; cherished Nana Char of Alison and Eileen Campbell, Justin Snyder, and Brian and Becca Milroy; devoted daughter of the late Rose and Edward Packman; dear sister of the late Annette (Alfred) Block; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many. Charlotte was blessed to be a part of the family that is Friendship Village of Schaumburg. Chapel Service 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
